The service
Claria is software that gives an organization an alert and reporting channel: a portal where people can send reports, and a panel where the organization receives, organizes and answers them. Claria does not provide legal advice.
Your responsibilities
Your organization is responsible for how it uses Claria, for complying with the rules that apply to it, for the people it invites, and for the policies it sets, such as whether a report may be anonymous. Jurisdiction profiles are recommendations that you must verify.
Plans and payment
Free has no charge. Pro is paid monthly or annually, and prices are shown before taxes. The payment provider and the tax document depend on the country you declare. You can go back to Free at any time and nothing is deleted.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change the service or these terms and will give notice of material changes. The exact terms are pending.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Claria at any time. What happens to your data after that, and for how long it is kept, is defined in the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy page.
